Ecumenical Carol Service and Crib Competition: 18-December -2011

Ecumenical Carol Service and best decorated Crib Competition were conducted by our YOUTH on 18th December at our church. The Crib competition was held at

4 pm .Only 3 local churches took part in the Crib competition. CSI Ulaga Meetpar Aalaym, Royapuram was awarded first prize, second prize was awarded to CSI Wesley Tamil church, Broadway and the 3rd prize went to CSI Zion Church, Chinthatharipet.

Rev.Backiaselvam, Presbyter Ulaga Meetpar Aalayam and a lay leader of the church along with two women members of our church served as judges.

Sunday School Children Retreat: 27-November-2011

Sunday School Children one day Retreat was held at our church on 27th November and around 250 children participated along with 24 Sunday school children.

Mr. Meshak who minister among children conducted the retreat along with his team of 5 members.

Diocesan level children festivel 12th November 2011

30 children from our church participated in the diocesan level children festivelorganised by the Department of christian education.Beginers and primary children got 3rd prizes in singing and the juniors came 3rd in the skit competition.We congratulate all the children and appreciate the teachers who were instruemental in training the children
